Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This notice describes how the personal data of visitors to the Aspiro website and users of the contact form are processed, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

Data controller

iVision srl Società a Socio Unico, Via Pozze, 4, 47837 Montegridolfo (RN), Italy — VAT No. IT03860600406 — R.E.A. RN 313675. Aspiro is a brand of iVision srl.
For any request concerning personal data: sales@ivisionvacuum.com.

Data processed

Data provided through the “Request information” form

  • first name, last name, company and email (required);
  • phone number, area of interest and message (optional);
  • any request for the catalogue and the context from which the request was sent (for example the product line or product viewed), used only to provide a relevant reply.

Please do not include in the message any personal data that is not necessary or that belongs to special categories (for example health data).

Browsing data

As is normally the case, the systems that run the website collect some technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type), used to ensure its operation and security. To protect the form against automated submissions and abuse, the system temporarily keeps an encrypted (non-reversible) fingerprint of the IP address for 10 minutes and of the email address for 24 hours; these fingerprints are then deleted.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to requests for information and advising on the products best suited to the data subject’s activity — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending the catalogue, when requested by ticking the relevant box — legal basis: the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security of the website and preventing abuse of the form — legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations and, where necessary, establishing or defending legal claims — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The data is not used for newsletters or promotional communications, nor for profiling or automated decision-making.

Provision of data

Providing the data marked as required is necessary to respond to the request: without it, the request cannot be sent. Providing the optional data is voluntary.

Processing methods and recipients

The data is processed electronically, with appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it, and is accessible to the controller’s staff responsible for handling sales enquiries. It may also be processed, as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR), by:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), the service used to send the emails generated by the form and the catalogue;
  • the provider of the website hosting service;
  • the provider of the company email service.

The data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for their own purposes. It may be communicated to public authorities only where required by law.

Transfer of data outside the European Union

The data is processed within the European Economic Area. Should a provider process it outside the EEA, the transfer will take place only with the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (for example adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

Retention periods

  • Requests for information and related correspondence: for the time needed to handle the request and, where no business relationship follows, for no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
  • Where the request leads to a contractual relationship, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the subsequent period required by law (for example for tax and accounting purposes).
  • Encrypted fingerprints used to protect the form: from 10 minutes to 24 hours, as indicated above.

Rights of the data subject

The rights provided for by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR may be exercised at any time, in particular to:

  • access one’s data and obtain a copy;
  • request its rectification, completion or erasure;
  • request restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • receive the data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability), where applicable.

Requests may be sent to sales@ivisionvacuum.com or by post to the controller’s address. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country of residence.

Cookies

The website does not use profiling cookies or tracking tools. For details, please see the Cookie Policy.

The controller may update this notice, for example following changes in legislation or to the website. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
